Online Learning Module – Introduction to Coaching

Our online learning module will develop your own coaching skills to use in school with colleagues and students. Coaching is of significant benefit in distributing leadership amongst teachers and regaining professional confidence for staff working in complex environments.

Once enrolled, we will assess your current needs with a questionnaire and suggest where to start with your learning. You will also move around all the learning areas, being able to access resources and downloads to contribute on discussions with other participants.
