We are absolutely delighted to have been selected as part of the EDP Future 50 programme.

Finding small pockets of joy through this cruellest of weeks in both weather and general outlook is a challenge in itself at the moment. Therefore we are absolutely delighted to have been selected as part of the EDP Future 50 programme. Running since 2009, the initiative brings “together leaders of businesses from across East Anglia”. The goal is to help them grow and develop by providing companies with a support chain of events, expertise, networking and exchange between businesses that are facing many of the same challenges.

To be part of this thrilling experience it is very rewarding. It shows that Coach for School Improvement is on the right path. The journey of founding and leading a rural business is a tough and challenging one. So it is great to see our efforts recognized for such great institutions as the Eastern Daily Press, Archant Media and the other EDP Future 50 partners.

Growth: A opportunity to be better

It is a great way to begin a year that is already starting with a challenging note. Again, it seems that schools, and, obviously, school staff, will have a very straining Spring Term ahead. So, I am excited, proud and grateful to have the opportunity to further develop CSI in order to better attend to our client’s needs. More than that, for us growth means that more headteachers, teachers, teaching assistants and other educational staff members will have access to high-quality support through coaching.

As we start this new moment in Coaching for School Improvement by engaging with this Future50 programme, I would like to thank the schools and staff that trusted us, by choosing CSI to support them in their professional journeys. It is an honour to aid such great characters to improve and achieve excellence in their practices. I wish that these very successful partnerships can continue through this year and more.

And, EDP Future 50, here we go!
