“I am passionate about the importance of staff well-being. Without inspired, motivated and valued staff, the circumstances for creating emotionally secure children who are inspired learners and independent thinkers become more remote and more difficult. I believe that our most valuable school asset is the staff. The crucial aspect of creating a dynamic and inspired team is to create time for professional talk. This is too often squeezed out, overlooked or pressured amongst other internal matters. Coaching can provide schools with a formal structure to support and challenge current practice simultaneously.”
